To enable the integration of TMap® with Microsoft and IBM Rational tooling special TMap® Process Templates & Plug-ins have been developed. 

In cooperation with Microsoft Sogeti has developed a testing process template that integrates the TMap® test approach with VS2010. The combination of a structured test process (TMap®) and tooling (VS2010) is a great way of developing and testing software faster with a higher quality as result. The process template describes the testing process in VS2010 according to the TMap® methodology. The template contains a set of test activities (Work Items) that support all testroles, from test management to test execution. For user support a complete TMap® online 'guidance' is available. In addition various reports are implemented within the template. The TMap® process template can be implemented as a stand alone template, but also be integrated with existing development templates.

Together with IBM Rational Sogeti has developed a number of specific plug-ins. With these plug-ins you can, depending on the plug-in, use (parts of) TMap in combination with Rational tooling.
