Organizations are increasingly starting to explore moving IT-activities to low-wage countries such as India. Predictions are that the trend to do testing offshore will continue to experience double digit percentage growth. This paper discusses experiences of the testing of offshore development and of offshore testing itself. It is written from the TMap point-of-view using offshoring experiences in India but very probably also applies (with slight differences) to other typical offshore and nearshore countries such as China, South-Africa and Poland.
